How long does it to process my order?
For regular orders, it generally takes about 3 business days for processing after you place an order. For orders including restocking or pre-order item(s) will take longer time for processing. Please notice more details on the product description.
Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a notification email. We do not ship packages on weekends or holidays at this point.
If your order consists of Pre-Order item(s), we ship the entire order out when the pre-order item(s) is ready.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to change an order once it is placed in the system.
Wrong shipping address?
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact us via Instagram or at service@namooo.com right away.
If for any reason, a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed, etc., customer is subject to the additional shipping fee for the package to ship out again. Please make sure to enter the correct address before checking out your shopping cart.
If you need to change shipping address after the package leave our facility, there is a chance that we won’t be able to change the address. Customer is also responsible for any additional fee caused during the process.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order is dispatched from our facility, we won’t be able to cancel it. Before that, contact customer support for assistance.

How to track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an email with tracking information which you can use to follow the status of your order. Please allow extra processing time for the latest tracking status to be updated as local couriers may experience slight delays.
What to do with lost package?
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to customer support right away. If the tracking shows the package is delivered while you do not receive it, please provide proof of lost package with your order information at service@namooo.com.
After an order has been delivered to the shipping address entered on order, we cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages.

Please take care of your beautiful handcrafted pieces, treat them with care and they will last for years. We believe in wearing your jewels! With the love from the wear and tear, they can sometimes get dirty.
Wearing Your Jewels
Our pieces are delicate and not made to be worn during sports and activities such as cleaning and gardening. We don’t recommend wearing jewelry in water, especially chlorinated pools and hot tubs. Be sure to remove your pieces before sleeping and when applying cosmetics, perfumes, sprays, creams and oils.
Cleaning Your Jewels
Cleaning is simple and easy:
- 14k Gold: In a bowl combine a few drops of mild dishwashing soap with warm water. Let your pieces soak in this mixture for about 15 minutes. If you want to get into fine areas of your piece, gently take a soft bristle toothbrush to it. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry. If you want to give your piece an extra shine it can be done with a polishing cloth.
Storing Your Jewels
We recommend storing each of your jewels separately to avoid scratches. Place your pieces in a pouch or an airtight plastic bag (especially sterling silver and gold vermeil to prevent oxidation and tarnishing). To avoid tangling your necklaces and bracelets, close the plastic bag over the end of the chain and let the end dangle out slightly. Be sure to keep your jewelry away from extreme heat or moisture.
